Design and implementation of a system for recording the production process during the machining of die-cast aluminum parts. This involved the capture of data from DMC readers (Data Matrix Code, part numbers), cameras (surface quality), and Ateq leak testing machines (detection of hairline cracks), storing data from production stations, and generating a chronological report of production steps for each part number, including processing steps, photos, and test results.
