What personal data do we process? And for what purpose?
We process the data that you send us when you contact us. This ensures we can handle your request properly.
What is the legal basis?
The legal basis for processing your personal data in this regard is primarily Article 6 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, as amended on May 25, 2018.
How long is the data stored for?
If there is no ongoing business contact, applicants’ data is deleted after 24 months.
Who is the data passed on to?
We only use the data provided for contact purposes internally.
When we receive your contact request, your information is reviewed by the department responsible and distributed to the respective department managers. The next steps are then agreed. Within our company, you data is only accessed by the people who need it in order to ensure your request is dealt with properly.
Where is the data processed?
The data is only ever processed internally at our Erlangen office.
Your rights as a “data subject”
You have the right to access the personal data that we process about you.
If you make an access request that is not in writing, we ask for your understanding that we may then ask you to provide proof that you are the person you claim to be.
You also have the right to rectification or deletion or restriction of processing within the scope of your statutory rights.
