Flexible working hours

“9 to 5” is not the norm! Since we mainly operate in a project-driven environment, there is plenty of scope for flexible working hours. A modern flextime model ensures the right balance between free time and working hours. We offer 30 days of leave a year based on a 40-hour working week.

Active colleagues

Balancing physical activity with office work is an important part of softgate’s philosophy. For example, we hold a soccer match every year against a well-known customer and participate in a basketball tournament.

It’s the mix that matters

Besides a wealth of IT specialists (who are often self-trained), both university graduates and experienced professionals of all ages find their way to softgate. The most important criteria are expertise and commitment. We also place a strong emphasis on internal training to optimize our projects.

Corporate events

In addition to the annual soccer match followed by a barbecue, a visit to the Erlangen Bergkirchweih festival and a company Christmas party are fixed events on softgate’s social calendar. The individual divisions also organize their own get-togethers and social activities.

Ready to start or boost your career? Training new specialists has always been a high priority at our company.

How to apply correctly:
